Set on a gentle hillside this master planned project has preliminary approval for 432 residential lots and development approval for 57 lots and recently received operational works approval.

The overall development is proposed to include parks, a primary school and a major neighbourhood centre. The site is located within 800 metres of the Thagoona Train Station which provides an electric rail service back to the Ipswich CBD and Brisbane CBD. The site is elevated with views south to the extensive mountain ranges with flat retained lots ranging in size from 450m2 up to over 800m2.
