26 Nov First 150 blocks sold at Lilywood Landings
The first 150 blocks at Lennium Group’s Lilywood Landings project have been sold in just a few weeks as we work to bring on more stages of the community.
As the gateway the new city of Waraba, Lilywood Landings was the first project to launch to the market, receiving around 1,500 registrations of interest since construction started in early 2024.
With prices starting at only $280,000, and blocks ranging from 315 square metres to 995 square metres, the much-anticipated first release was very well received by registered VIP customers.
Lilywood Landings is expected to be the first Waraba community to welcome residents when homes in Stage 1 are completed around mid-2025.
“While a large proportion of purchasers have been first home buyers, we’ve also seen demand from new home upgraders keen to build in Waraba,” said Lennium Group Development Manager Ian Worthington.
“The first stage is on track to be completed before the end of the year, which means we will see construction of the first homes starting early in 2025,” he said.
“We are now working hard to bring on the next stages as soon as possible to keep up with demand.”
Lilywood Landings is located on Caboolture River Road at the gateway to Waraba and will provide more than 700 much-needed new homes over the coming years.
Residents will have access to an expansive 1.74 kilometres of Caboolture River frontage, more than 23 hectares for parks and green open spaces, and everyday services such as a convenience store and childcare centre.
Lilywood Landings will also feature the region’s first display home village with more than 30 designs from a range of local, state and national builders on show.
